Renovation of a municipal facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,013,763-square-foot municipal facility.
Bid Bond: A Proposal Bond is not required for this project.Scope of Work: Fulton County, Georgia ("County") is seeking qualified firms to provide Design-Build Services ("D/B Services") for the design and construction of the Replacement and/or Refurbishment of Air Handling Units and the Replacement of Associated Fans and Duct Heaters- Phase III Fulton County Justice Center.This project will require all engineering, construction, quality control, etc., services to replace/ refurbish HVAC equipment in existing mechanical rooms per the attached Statement of Work found in Section 13. Contract Term: The Contract will commence as of the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will terminate 545 calendar days from the NTP Date. Fulton County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Deadline for Submission of Questions and Requests for Clarification by 2:00 PM 12/09/2022
