PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO PROVIDERS PUBLIC NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES UNDER A FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS The Township of Pilesgrove is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7 for the following: Consultant to Prepare a Township Farmland Preservation Plan for Pilesgrove Township Copies of the Request for Proposal are available between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday at the Pilesgrove Municipal Building, 1180 Route 40, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098 or through the Township website, under Planning Board Department. The information to be submitted in order to be considered is as follows: professional resume and/or other materials which shall include at a minimum full name and business address; dates of licensure in the State of New Jersey, if applicable; a listing of any professional affiliations or membership in any professional societies or organizations, with an applicant; a listing of all special accreditations held by the individual licensed professional or business entity; and a listing of all previous public entities served by the business entity or licensed professional, indicating the dates of service and position held; listing of farmland preservation plans developed by the firm in the last 5 years. The applicant shall also submit the proposed rate(s) of compensation requested. Respondents are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C 33 (N.J.S.A. 52-25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure. The Township Committee of the Township of Pilesgrove reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any bid or bids so received.
