Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maitland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work: Project consists of Wymore Road Improvements including the widening and paving of Wymore Road, and construction of a storm sewer system from Lake Destiny Road north to Spring Valley Road. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, coordination, and incidentals necessary to widen and pave Wymore Road and construction of a storm sewer system from Lake Destiny Road north to Spring Valley Road. Major work items include, but are not limited to, setting a Maintenance of Traffic Plan, installing erosion control measures, site preparation, construction of concrete curb and sidewalks, reconstruct driveway connections, installing base material and asphalt concrete pavement, construction of storm sewer inlets, manholes and pipes, signing and pavement markings, signalization, ITS, and structures including gravity walls and a MSE retaining wall. Restore work area to equal or better condition. Minimum Qualifications: Contractor or Sub-Contractor must be FDOT Pre-qualified in the following work classes: 7. Drainage, 9. Fencing, 10. Flexible Paving, 11. Grading, 12. Grassing, seeding and sodding, 16. Intelligent Transportation Systems, 18. Landscaping, 26. Pavement Marking, 38. Roadway Signing, 39. Traffic Signal, 40. Sidewalk and other work classes which include but not limited to: Curbs, Concrete Traffic Separator, Drill Shaft, Driveways, Handrails, Milling, Retaining Wall, Reinforced Earth Walls, Rip Rap, Underground Utilities (Water & Sewer) and Utility Work. . The bidder must be in business a minimum of 3 years and shall provide the following information regarding experience on a minimum of three (3) similar projects within the past 5 years of projects of similar complexity, nature, and size of project. The bidder must provide the start and completion dates for each similar project. The similar projects must be 100% complete.
