Site work for an educational facility in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the removal and replacement of approximately 725 feet of fencing located in Long Beach City College property located at 4901 East Carson St. Long Beach, CA 90808. 1. Demo and remove approximately 725 feet of fence indicated on work site map. 2. Replace all removed fence with new fencing. 3. Windscreen (Closed Mesh Polypropylene) to be installed along areas of the fence that run adjacent to baseball field, measuring approximately 250 feet). 4. Adjacent areas must be protected. Materials to be protected include but are not limited to: nearby landscape, hardscape, and equipment. 5. Contractor to verify all dimensions. Project Duration: 28 consecutive calendar days License Requirement: At the time bids are submitted, each Bidder shall possess a valid Class C-13 contractor's license and must maintain the license(s) throughout the duration of the project. All designated subcontractors will also be required to have current and active CSLB licenses at the time of submission of the bid and throughout the duration of the project. Bid Security Required: A bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of your bid amount must be submitted along with your bid submission. Bonds Required after Award: 100% Payment and Performance Bonds.
