POLB is seeking an Overhead Door and Rolling Gate Maintenance and Repair Services vendor (Vendor) who shall provide all labor, prep work, materials, supplies, parts, tools, and equipment required to perform and complete the required work. All services performed shall be at the request of the Manager of Facilities or appointed designee. The Scope of Work describes the repairs in general terms; actual work will be based on the particular requirements at the time the job is given. Services will be on an as-needed basis. POLB anticipates entering into an agreement with one vendor, but reserves the right to award to multiple vendors for services.
