The project is located at the Youth Challenge Academy, Hilo (YCA Hilo), Address:1046 Leilani St,, Hilo, HI 96720 The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials to perform all work related to constructing a perimeter chain link fence for YCA Hilo near the Property Boundary, as shown in other attachments on HIePRO. Contractor shall install approximately 700 linear feet (LF) of new 8' high chain link fence with three strands of barbed wire on the top. All posts must be anchored 3 feet below grade with a 10" diameter of concrete for Line Posts and a 12" diameter of concrete for Terminal Posts. Each post must have a top cap with a 16" B.W. fitting extension. Barbed Wire strands are to be installed on the aforementioned fittings 5" apart. All material is to be galvanized. No existing materials, including post footings, shall be utilized to construct the new fence.
