Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Waterford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project No: 2021-119 Waterford Civic Triangle Improvements Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance bond for One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the Town of Waterford, will be required of the lowest responsible bidder. The attention of bidders is called to the requirement for minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Town of Waterford is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Disadvantaged, minority, small, and women business enterprises are encouraged to respond. RFI deadline is 17th of April at 3:30 p.m.. and responses will be posted on April 19th The Board of Selectman reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total bid, and to waive informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Waterford. No bidder may withdraw its bid within ninety (90) days of the date of the bid opening.
