Beginning at Buffalo Run Structure 11010 and extending in a Northly direction to the Pennsylvania State Line for a total distance 4.83 miles. The work will consist of the following: Partial Asphalt Patching; 1.5 Inch Resurfacing; Milling; Traffic Barrier Replacement and Upgrades; In-kind Entrance and Cross Road Pipe Replacement; Trimming of Ditches; Post and W Beam Mounted Delineators; Centerline Rumble Strips; and Pavement Markings. A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project.
