**As of June 9,2022 project was awarded to Omasta Landscaping $178,488.28.** Sunderland Elementary Playground Redevelopment - Sunderland Elementary School is redeveloping their existing Pre-K thru Kindergarten playground. The school is providing demolition and disposal of existing play structures and pea gravel play surfacing. The school is directly purchasing new play equipment to be installed by the contractor and directly purchasing the material and installation of rubber play surfacing. The proposed project includes site grading and preparation, installation of asphalt walking path, woodfiber surfacing, installation of play structures, benches and concrete pads, boulders and balance logs, sand box, raised planter beds, a pollinator planting bed, two trees, underground drainage piping in play areas and level spreader, fencing, and coordination of the rubber surfacing installation., It is not intended that every minor detail or feature be shown or described herein, as the assumption is made that the Bidder is an expert in this area of responsibility and is capable of interpreting the plans and specifications. The work described herein is intended primarily to clarify responsibility between work to be performed under this contract and work performed by others.
