PCL Construction, Inc., the CM at Risk Contractor on this UCLA project is currently seeking qualification submissions from Plumbing subcontractor bidders . Refer to the attached PDF Advertisement and follow instructions therein. Estimated Construction Cost:$2,000,000.00 Prequalification Tele-Conference: Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 1.00 PM Prequalification RFI Deadline: Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 5.00 PM The deadline for Prequalification RFI submission is Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 5.00 PM. This Project is proposed by the David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM) Facilities Management to retrofit and install new fire sprinkler mains & heads in the corridors of the Center for Health Sciences (CHS), originally constructed in 1954 and consisting of approximately 65,000 asf. (1,050,000 gsf). Any questions related to the prequalification documents or process shall be submitted in the form of an RFI. All Prequalification RFI's are to be emailed to Omkar Shirke, Project Manager, at oshirke@pcl.com.. The CM/Contractor reserves the right to reject any or all responses to Prequalification Questionnaires and to waive non-material irregularities in any response received. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
