Site work for a road / highway in Etowah, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Provide cost for a painted 4" double yellow line from Athens Pike to Old Athens Pike, all of 8th Street and from Pennsylvania to 8th Street as well as a Spray Thermo 4"double yellow line for each. All bidders will include in their Bid Packet the following items: a. Proof of Commercial General Liability -- $ 1,000,000.00 Limit b. Proof of Worker's Compensation - Statutory Limit c. Automobile Liability --$ 1,000,000.00 d. Copy of Certifications for application of chemicals. e. Listing of all staff and equipment that will be used for execution of said services. f. Current business license g. Listing of all contact information h. Iran Divestment Documentation i. Title VI Compliance Documentation Must be able to begin and finish project no later than April 30, 2022. All property damage, public and private, caused by contractor or subcontractor shall be the responsibility of the contractor and must be dealt with quickly and professionally. Any and all damage with public or private shall be reported to City Hall immediately. All work is to be with professional care and diligence. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
