Renovation of a mixed-use development in Etowah, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Etowah City School is currently accepting sealed bids for LED lighting upgrades. The project will consist of retrofitting existing fluorescent lighting fixtures to LED. All ballasts will be removed and replaced with LED lamps with drivers. Lighting fixtures include two bulb fixtures, three bulb fixtures, and four bulb fixtures located across the entire campus. Total number to be retrofitted is approx. 320. The bid must include materials, labor, and disposal of existing ballasts and tubes as well as the removal of wall switches and installation of approx. 42 occupancy sensors. The sensors may be wall or ceiling mount. All work must be done in accordance to local and national codes. Work will begin on July 1, 2022, all invoicing must begin after July 1, 2022. All bidders must be licensed and insured. Etowah City School reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
