Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - Installation Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic bids are submitted prior to bid closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS. If website or other problems arise during response submission, vendor MUST contact RMEPS to resolve issue prior to the response deadline at 800-835-4603. Electronic bids shall be uploaded as a single PDF file.
