The City of San Clemente is located at the southernmost end of Orange County, about half way between Los Angeles and San Diego. San Clemente is coastal community of about 18 square miles and is known for its climate, ocean views, coastal resources and Spanish architecture. The City is essentially built out, thus the City's population is not expected to increase significantly in the coming years. Based on the 2016 U.S. Census estimate, the City's population is about 65,000. Contractor to provide full and complete streetscape maintenance at designated medians, parkways, and other sites, herein described. This contract is a 7 days per week, 365 days per year contract that requires a supervisor to be on-site during all contract operations. The detailed scope of work and service requirements are provided in Exhibit A.
