Landscape Maintenance of City parks and facilities Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 05/09/2022 8:00 AM (PDT) The City of San Clemente (City) is interested in receiving proposals from qualified Contractors (Contractors) to provide Landscape Maintenance of City Properties - East of I-5 as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The City intends to award an agreement for a three-year initial term, beginning July 1, 2022 and extending through June 30, 2025. The City may choose to extend the agreement term at the City's sole discretion and by mutual consent of the City and Contractor, with the option of two one-year extensions for a potential total agreement term of five years. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via the City of San Clemente website. Questions received by any other means will not receive a response. Questions will only be accepted until the date and time specified in this RFP.
