This project entails the extension of sanitary and water along Industrial Parkway and Warner Road.
The sanitary sewer will be extended from the east side of the City's Pump Station #2, which is currently under construction and located just north of Kile Ditch. The sewer will run south along the west side of Industrial Drive for approximately 725-feet to Warner Road. The sewer will run along the south side of Warner Road from Industrial Drive for approximately 3,700-feet.
The water main will be extended south along Warner Road from the terminus of the existing 12" water main on the north side of the road, which terminates at the west end of the existing Warner Industrial Corporate Center on the north side of Warner Road. The water main will be extended approximately 2,400-feet along Warner Road Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders, and complete the Best Bidder Information Form provided. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety or via the electronic bid bond options available
