The following projects will be awarded to one PSC under one contract, but monthly billings will need to provide tracking of hours per site and task. Individual cost portions for each site shall be provided with the RFP response. Surveying, Geotech, hydraulic analysis, permitting, etc. and other services and reimbursements under the control of the PSC may be linked and cover any multitude of sites, with billing apportioned and tracked per site as appropriate. For final design, bidding and construction administration services, the PSC should plan that the designs will be integrated into one bid package and bid under one construction contract, awarded to one contractor, and constructed under one construction contract. However, the possibility that some of the sites may be deductive alternates should not be discounted. The construction for all four (4) sites may span two (2) construction seasons. o Design and construction administration for replacement of the culvert with a culvert. o The location of this culvert is within state property and the creek is a designated trout stream. o The current culvert is an elliptical 5' x 4' x 34' corrugated metal pipe with an inflow end. o Camp 7 Road is a major road feeding private properties, including a church camp, with a lot of fall traffic and is a designated snowmobile trail. o The new crossing will require to be a log truck loading and snowmobile groomer capable. o If needed, the PSC shall include performing a hydraulic analysis of the stream to size the new culvert and for permitting, DNR has not done the analysis. o There is no existing survey or geotechnical information for this location. o There is an associated Camp 7 road improvement project that may be a factor related to this project depending on the timing of each project.
