Snow must be removed from driveways and sidewalks, including all entries, stoops, parking areas, and existing fire stairs and fire escapes for all the homes. Walkways must be cleared wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. Dumpsters must be clear of snow to allow for refuse removal. It is the responsibility of the bidder to know the site(s) requirements based upon the service being requested.
