Site work for a municipal facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Furnish and install 16 LF of ornamental fencing and gate, 180 LF of galvanized chain link fencing, and make repairs to existing chain link fences at various locations within the MCWA service area Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's Bid price, and in the form of a Bid bond in a form and from a Surety in a form acceptable to the Authority to the favor of the Authority, or a certified check made payable to the Monroe County Water Authority. When Contractor delivers the signed counterparts of the Agreement to Owner, Contractor shall also deliver to Owner the performance bond and payment bond The Work will be substantially complete within 45 days, after first mobilization on or before August 31, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Article 15.06 of the General Conditions within on or before October 14, 2022. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner may consider any Bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions herein non responsive. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities.
