Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Deerfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Removal and Replacement of (2) Steam Generators at the Sachs Recreation Center. If you have any questions, please call me at (847) 572-2660, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. With proposal, and attached thereto, each Bidder shall furnish Bid Security payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of bid. Include allowance in Lump Sum Proposal for Performance Bond and Materials and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of Contract Price. Board Approval: Thursday, April 21, 2022 Contract Award: Friday, April 22, 2022 Commencement of Work: After June 1, 2022 Completion: By September 1, 2022 The Deerfield Park District may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful Bidder against the Deerfield Park District.
