Renovation of a mixed-use development in Deerfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
The Board of Education of Township High School District 113, Lake County, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the Deerfield High School Auditorium Improvements located at Deerfield High School at 1959 Waukegan Road in Deerfield, IL. The current Bid Period 1 consists of stage rigging systems, fixed theatre seating, and wheelchair lifts for the work as it relates to the Deerfield High School Auditorium Improvements. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Township High School District 113. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the final contract sum. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction.
