Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Requesting bids for the rehabilitation of an existing metal arch culvert pipe located beneath County CE, a 1/4-mile east of County N, for the Highway Department. The process includes diverting the waterway to ensure the culvert is dry and then clean the pipe and fix any areas that are damaged. The liner is then sprayed to the pipe and allowed to fully cure. The thickness of the liner is anywhere from 1/2 " to 3" thick depending on what the design strength needs to be, and the streambed stone will be adjusted to eliminate any culvert perching. The only anticipated ground disturbance would be installing the dam to temporarily divert the water around or through the culvert. The project includes lining a 90"x75" metal arch pipe by using a structural spray applied cementitious, geopolymer or resin based material and all other items necessary to complete the work.
