Relocation of One Portable Classroom Building From Carroll County Career and Technology Center to Linton Springs Elementary School. Locations- Carroll County Career & Technology Center, 1229 Washington Road, Westminster, MD 21157 to Linton Springs Elementary School, 375 Ronsdale Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 On-site work may commence June 14, 2022 and shall be completed no later than August 12, 2022. The removal of the existing unit and foundations at Carroll County Career and Technology Center must be completed by July 1, 2022. Scheduling will be coordinated with the contract administrator after award. If the work is not completed by the completion date, then the contractor shall work after school and/or on weekends. Bid Bonds and Performance Bonds are required. It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract for the Relocation of One (1) Portable Classroom Building at Carroll County Career & Technology Center, 1229 Washington Road, Westminster,MD 21157 to Linton Springs Elementary School, 375 Ronsdale Road, Sykesville, MD 21784. The successful bidder (s) shall be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, tools,, supervision, insurance, and services required for the Relocation of One (1) Portable Classroom Building at Carroll County Career & Technology Center, 1229 Washington Road, Westminster, MD 21157 to Linton Springs Elementary School, 375 Ronsdale Road, Sykesville, MD 21784
