Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sykesville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the intent of this Bid to establish a contract(s) for the removal of carpet and floor tile and installation of VCT floor tile, underlayment and carpet in school locations within Carroll County, Maryland. Remove existing adhered carpet and/or floor tile and furnish and install Floor Tile and prep floors as required, and/or furnish and install carpet for the following schools with areas so indicated for each school, all in accordance with the enclosed specifications and the provisions of this Invitation to Bid. It is anticipated that an award(s) will be made on approximately June 8, 2022. On-site work may commence June 15, 2022 and shall be completed no later than August 6, 2022.
