Site work for a water / sewer project in Overton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing various improvements as described below. Separate Bids will be received for Contract No. 1-Water Wells No. 5 and No. 6; Contract No. 2-100,000 gallon Elevated Storage Tank No. 1 and No. 2; Contract No. 3 - Chlorine Buildings; Contract No. 4 - Water Mains; and Contract No. 5-Office Building. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis for Contract Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5, and onalump sum and unit price basis for Contract No. 4. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
