Reference number : 1588214 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Town of Brownsburg-Chatham would like to obtain quotes for the purchase of various granular materials for the 2022 season, with or without delivery. This involves +- 6,000 metric tons of crushed stone and/or crushed gravel and/or recycled asphalt and/or recycled concrete to carry out various minor road works. Bids must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the official opening of bids. The Town of Brownsburg-Chatham does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The City reserves the right to purchase in whole or in part from the most advantageous bidder depending on the product category. The City reserves the right to enter into the contract with one or more bidders. Orders are awarded to the tenderer who has offered the lowest price, unless this tenderer cannot respond to it, in which case the other suppliers are solicited according to their respective rank.
