Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking the services and bids of qualified contractors to provide testing of fire suppressions systems and inspect all common areas sprinkler piping and sprinkler heads at Mildred Hailey Development, 30 Bickford Street Boston, MA 02119. The term of the contract is one-year. A 50% payment bond is required for awards exceeding $25,000. All inquiries regarding this bid shall be directed to the Purchasing Department via email to bids@bostonhousing.org. Bids will be subject to approval and award by the Executive Committee of the BHA. Bids will be irrevocable for a period of 60 days from the date of bid opening. The BHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality if it be in the public interest to do so. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
