To provide the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) employees with a clean working environment, it is necessary to hire for janitorial services at the Silverado Fisheries Base, which is located at 7329 Silverado Trail, Napa, CA94558. Services are to be performed on approximately 12,700 square feet of officespace and laboratory space. The services shall be provided between the hours of5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. The Contractor will be required to obtain agreement, in writing, from the CDFW Contract Manager for any changes to the service schedule. The contract term will be from July 1, 2022 or upon California Department of Fish and Wildlife approval date, whichever is later, through June 30, 2024. Extensions of Terms The resulting Agreement may be amended to extend the term by one (1) year if it is determined to be in the best interest of the State. Upon signing the amendment, the bidder hereby agrees to provide services for the extended period at the rates specified in the original Agreement.
