Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to modify the existing wastewater treatment plant as shown in the drawings and as specified herein, including but not limited to: modifications to the existing headworks, addition of a mechanical screen, grit concentrator, splitter box, secondary clarifier, RAS/WAS Pump Station, and sludge dewatering system; removal and replacement of Orbal basin aeration system; improvements to the existing clarifier including removal and replacement of all submerged mechanisms; improvements to the influent pump station, the RAS/WAS pump station, and upgrades and improvements to the plant-wide SCADA system and electrical system, piping, valves, coatings, earthwork, erosion and sediment control, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, and all appurtenances necessary for completion of the work as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents.
