A bidder will be permitted to withdraw his bid, unopened, after it has been submitted if so requested prior to the time specified above for opening of bids. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with Chippewa Valley Schools. Chippewa Valley Schools is exempt from all taxes. A tax exemption certificate will be issued upon request. All bidders must provide signed Affidavits for School Safety required in Michigan Compiled Laws and Iran Linked Business disclosure in compliance with Public Act 517 of 2012 and attach this information to the bid proposal. The District will not consider a bid proposal that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements. The right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by Chippewa Valley Schools. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a bid received by the Board after the date and time specified for bid.
