Inquiries, questions, and requests for clarification related to this RFP are to be directed in writing to: Clinton Community Schools Technology Department 340 East Michigan Ave. Clinton, MI 49236 Telephone: (517) 456-2030 E-mail: adam.covell@clinton.k12.mi.us Purpose The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to provide a complete upgrade of our Network Switching Infrastructure. The RFP provides vendors with the relevant operational, performance, application, and architectural requirements of the system. The RFP will be posted on the school website at (https://miclintonschools.org/about/bidsrfp/). Questions received, if any, and responses will be posted on the Clinton Community Schools website as an addendum to this solicitation. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to monitor and download this information. Proposals will be used for an E-Rate application with the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of Universal Service Administration Company (USAC). The awarded vendor shall be in compliance with rules and regulations of the E-Rate program and is responsible for providing a valid SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number) at the time the bid is submitted.
