The work consists of relocation of Sanitary Sewer, Water, and Natural Gas Lines in and around the intersection of Hwy 51 and Main Street in Senatobia, MS. Contract time is 100 Working Days. Contractor shall commence work on or before a date to be stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Section 00200 Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Project Plans and Project Manual may be examined at website. Bid documents are being made available via original paper copy or electronically. Planholders are required to log-in or register for an account at website to view and order Bid documents. All planholders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and/or best bid from a responsive responsible and qualified Bidder. Should no award be made within forty-five (45) calendar days after opening of proposals, all proposals may be rejected and all proposal guaranties returned, unless the lowest responsive responsible qualified bidder at the request of the City of Senatobia Board of Aldermen agrees in writing to a longer delay. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal that is submitted as a stripped bid will be considered an irregular bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award. The City of Senatobia Board of Aldermen reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids if considered not in the best interest of the City of Senatobia Board of Aldermen. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals may not be considered in making the award. The City of Senatobia Board of Aldermen reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids if considered not in the best interest of the City of Senatobia Board of Supervisors.
