John Tyler Community College seeks a qualified vendor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform mulching services at Midlothian Campus and Chester Campus. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary to furnish and install the following product(s): The Contractor shall be a regular dealer of landscape services and have the necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, organization, experience and technical skills to fulfill the terms of this contract. Work shall be done manually and completed on the weekend with the exception of some common areas that may be accessible during the week. Coordination of dates will be determined between the Contractor and the College. Estimated 300 cubic yards, for Midlothian, and 280 cubic yards, for Chester, of double shredded (Chestnut Brown) dyed mulch disease free, at a depth of 2 inch's in all mulch. Some tree rings at campus will be done by hand. Questions regarding this Quick Quote will be accepted until 2:30 p.m. on 4/6/2022.
