The City of Glendale is seeking a qualified Consulting Firm or team to provide construction administration and construction observation services. The city will utilize a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for preconstruction construction and construction services for this project, which consists of upgrades to a sanitary wastewater lift station, located at 14904 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale AZ. The City of Glendale's Lift Station # 2 is a regional, sanitary sewer lift station (wet pit/dry pit), located on the west side 67th Avenue and on the south side of the Arizona Canal Division Channel. The lift station was commissioned in 1987 and has undergone various improvements over the last 35+ years. The lift station conveys sanitary flows from lower elevation sanitary sewers to a gravity flow system and ultimately to the City of Glendale's West Area Water Reclamation Facility located at 5901 N Glen Harbor Blvd. for treatment and disposal.
