Site Directions: From I-25 take exit 140. Continue on to Riverbend then turn right. Continue on Riverbend Drive for approximately 3/4 of a mile to West Richards Street and turn left. Continue on W. Richards Street for 1.3 miles to Labonte Road, the 4.5 Alley is just east of Labonte Road. Take right turn onto 4.5 Alley. Project Category Code: Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Street/Road Asphalt Milling, Sewer and Water Construction, Water Utilities, Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling The project generally consists of replacing the aging utilities in the 4.5 Alley between E. Richards Street and Cody St as well as the aging water main in Cody St. Additionally, The project consists of approximately 840 L.F. of 8-inch DR18 C900 PVC, and 670 L.F. of DR25 PVC sewer main. The Project generally consists of replacing aging utilities in the 4.5 Alley between East Richards Street and Cody. The project consists of roughly 840 L.F. of DR18 C900 PVC water main and 671 L.F. of SDR35 PVC sewer main in addition to milling and overlaying Cody Street from Labonte Road to 5 th Street and replacing the gravel and grading the 4.5 Alley from East Richards Street to Cody.
