Renovation of a laboratory facility in Montague, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Conte Research Laboratory in Turner Falls, Massachusetts has a requirement to enclose in enslave to its facility to create additional office space. The project shall be completed within 60 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0122Q0088 will be issued on or about 3/28/2022 with written quotes due on or about 4/11/2022. A site visit will be held. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given. The contact info for the site visit can be found in Section L in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 236220. The size standard is $39.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 4/29/2022. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses may be emailed to kweaver@usgs.gov. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
