Town of Montague, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Avenue A Streetscape Phase III Continuation Project in the Village of Turners Falls, Montague, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Berkshire Design Group, Inc The Project consists of reconstruction of sidewalks, brick work, and granite planters on Avenue A in downtown Turners Falls, MA (5830 SF) Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 @@ 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 @@26 to 27H inclusive and Davis Bacon and shall pay the higher of the two rates. General Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Town of Montague.
