The ARNG-MTC Fort Pickett is rehabilitating a tactical maneuver trail in maneuver areas 11, 41, 46, and 53 for use by training units. The projects will require approximately 2000 tons of VDOT #3 stone. Bids are to be made at a per ton rate (delivered and spread), by material type, with a grand total amount. ITAM will call the successful bidder to schedule the delivery and spreading of all rock materials covered by this solicitation. After award, the bidder will furnish, deliver, and spread all stone in designated areas within 7 days. In the event of severe weather that prevents the vendor from meeting the specified delivery schedule, additional delivery time may be allowed. Award will be made on a grand total basis to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Delivery will be at the above DMA-Range Ops address unless otherwise coordinated with the project POC (contact information located below). Actual amount of rock purchased may vary depending on funding restrictions.
