Mansfield Civic Plaza Improvements 1. Information pertaining to the magnitude, location, and nature of surcharge loadings acting on or near the proposed wall. The work shall consist of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, and supervisionfor the construction of a precast modular block (PMB) retaining wall structure in accordance with the requirements of this section and in acceptable conformity with the lines, grades, design, and dimensions shown in the project site plans.
