Renovation of a municipal facility in Washington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Cleaning, scraping, priming and painting of exterior metal wall panels system, exterior and interior stairs, rails and exposed structure steel. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. The Contractor is put on notice that he must pay workers the prevailing wage rates promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry for this project, pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et. seq.). All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Warren County Treasurer's Office, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. All bidders must comply with the requirements of P. L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action); P. L. 1977, C. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) (Stockholder Disclosure Certification); P. L. 2003, C. 91 (The Public Works Contractor Registration Act) and P. L. 2004, C. 57 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) (Contractor Business Registration Act).
