The Division of Wildlife Resources is in need of fencing services for approximately 2057 feet of rangeland fencing in the Bicknell Bottoms WMA south of Bicknell, UT. Background: The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) is acquiring services in this contract to provide for the construction of up to 2057 feet of rangeland fencing consisting of a five strand barbwire fence with J55 well casing post bracing including installing one access gate and four vehicle access openings. This contract also includes moving two gates to a new location. This project task order includes the Contractor to furnish all labor, fencing materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals. See attached site map for project area locations of the fencing project within the scope of this project. Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This RFQ shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this RFQ. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this RFQ. Any quote that does not comply with the prerequisite and questions sections will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, the State will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
