The City of Saratoga is requesting proposals from qualified consulting professionals experienced in the design of parking lot hardscape improvements. There are 4 Parking Districts areas, this project will include all the Districts #1, #2, #3 and #4. The City has a previously prepared concept for Parking District 4 which will be incorporated into the Master Plan and Plans Specifications and Estimate (PS&E). The proposal shall include a Master Plan proposal and a Plans Specifications and Cost Estimates (PS&E) Package proposal. City Council awards consultant contract 05/04/22 Master Plan to completed 5 months from City Notice to Proceed. Construction Plans Specifications and Cost Estimates Complete 12 months from City Notice to Proceed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
