The Societe is a financially independent non-profit paramunicipal organization, mandatary of the City of Montreal. The Company is requesting tenders which must be received by the date and time indicated below, at the office of the Company located at 800, boulevard De Maisonneuve Est, suite 2200, Montreal (Quebec) H2L 4L8. CATEGORY : FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - PLUMBING WORK DESCRIPTION : The Company intends to grant three (3) framework agreements to one (1), two (2) or three (3) specialized plumbing contractors for repair and maintenance work on plumbing systems, on call , part of the residential buildings belonging to the Company, including emergency work, on call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and work to replace water heaters, if necessary. SECURITY DEPOSIT : The bid must at least be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of $20,000. If the Bidder wishes to bid for more than one sector, he must submit an additional bid guarantee for each sector tendered, separate from the first guarantee, in the amount of $20,000 each. Each bid bond must be valid for 90 days. A performance bond in the amount of $20,000, valid for the duration of the framework agreement, will be required when the framework agreement is granted. If more than one sector is awarded to the bidder, he must submit a performance bond of $20,000 for each of the sectors awarded. Tenderers must have, at the time of submission of the tender, a business establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to this call for tenders and hold the appropriate licenses issued by the Regie du Quebec building and a certificate issued by Revenu Quebec. The Company does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
