Milwaukee Area Technical College Facilities Planning & Construction 700 West State Street, M70 Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53233 Dmc Foundation Hall Level 2 Improvements There is a goal of 20% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) in this contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide a list of HUB firms participating in the work as part of the post bid submittal to MATC. See HUB Participation Guidelines and Instructions to Bidders. The apprenticeship requirements for this project are as follows: Apprentices are mandatory from the following five (5) trades: General Laborer; Electrician; HVAC Installer-Technician; Sheet Metal Worker & Pipefitter. The successful bidder will be required to provide a list of Apprentice Categories from those listed above which will be utilized during this period.
