Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in East Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

RFI submission period has been extended to Friday, April 1, 2022, at 3:00pm. The Contractor will purchase the Windows 60 days after the project has been awarded. Windows will be stored by East Providence School Department Windows, storage, and insurance for the windows in storage will be paid for by East Providence From final project completion, a 1-year warranty on installation. Contractor is responsible for proper ordering, ensuring the correct inventory is received, and the windows are stored safely at the designated storage location. Monthly project meetings are anticipated until June 19, 2023 (Start of Construction). There will be an opportunity for the Contractor to start work during the February and April 2023 school vacation weeks. (Feb 18 to Feb 26th and Apr 15 to Apr 23rd) Work would be coordinated with the individual schools. Please submit a proposed plan for work that could be completed during these 1-week periods. The Contractor shall submit a detailed work plan and schedule for work during the Summer of 2023. The Last Day of School is June 19, 2023. Substantial Completion will be August 23, 2023. Liquated damages would apply after this date Final Completion will be September 29, 2023
