**As of May 6, 2022. The Project has been awarded to Brooks Network Services for the awarded amount of $208,311.15.** A Request for Bid (RFB) was sent out on March 30, 2022 for the Infotmation Technology
Department. On April 14th, we received eight bid packets. The selection committee reviewed
the bid packets and would like to recommend awarding the contract Brooks Network Services.

Bidders can notify Noelle Woods by email at noelle.woods@waynegov.com to ensure that your company is added to the distribution list. However, it is still the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that all addenda are received prior to submitting a bid/proposal. Deadline for Written Questions: April 11, 2022 by 5:00 pm,All questions pertaining to this Request for Bid (RFB) shall be submitted in writing no later than Monday, April 11, 2022. Questions may be faxed to Noelle Woods at fax # (919) 731-1388 or emailed to: noelle.woods@waynegov.com. Only written questions will be considered formal. Any information given verbally or by telephone will be considered informal. Any questions that the County feels are pertinent to all proposers will be mailed as an addendum to the RFB. FAX and e-mail messages will be treated as written questions.
Only sealed Bids will be accepted. The outside of the sealed envelope shall be clearly marked "Meraki Wireless Equipment with Licensing". All proposals shall be submitted: One original, two (2) copies and (1) electronic copy on a USB. The County of Wayne reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor informality in a bid.
