Renovation of a retail development in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
You are invited to submit a proposal based on the requirements in the attached solicitation number GNFR-FC SEY 22-17532. This solicitation is issued by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service which is an instrumentality of the United States Government. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $1,000,000.00 and $2,500,000.00. The construction period will be 210 calendar days.
