Description

Renovation of a retail development in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

You are invited to submit a proposal based on the requirements in the attached solicitation number GNFR-FC SEY 22-17532. This solicitation is issued by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service which is an instrumentality of the United States Government. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $1,000,000.00 and $2,500,000.00. The construction period will be 210 calendar days. Please pay particular attention to sections 3.A.61.d and 3.C in the Agreement Document which cover minority and female participation goals established for federally involved and non-federally involved construction work. Any questions you may have after comparing the plans and specifications to the existing site conditions should be submitted in writing to CHRISTIAN VILLAMIN at villaminc@aafes.com and GRACE PEREZ-MARTINEZ at martinezg@aafes.com no later than COB on 12/08/2022. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
