The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the Purchase of Traffic Control Signs, Street Name Signs and U-Channel Posts on an Annual Contract with four (4) options to renew for the Department of Transportation. Questions regarding bids should be directed to Lindsey Gravitt, Purchasing Associate II, at lindsey.gravitt@gwinnettcounty.com , or by phone at 770-822-7833 no later 2:00 P.M. April 13, 2022. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate. A five percent (5%) bid bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond must be furnished to Gwinnett County for any bid as required in bid package or document The County reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive technicalities, informalities and minor irregularities in bids received.
