Others may view the Bid Documents at the office of the Architect and West Tennessee Plan Room. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. All Bidders must comply with the applicable provisions of Public Chapter 822, House Bill 2180, Senate Bill 1824 commonly known as the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976. At least the following information as required by Section 20 of this Act must appear on the outside of the envelope containing a bid in excess of $25,000: 1. Name of Bidder 2.
