Huntsville Utilities is soliciting bids for the following item(s): Please provide a delivered price and availability on the following: THREE - 15kV Breaker(s), in compliance with the enclosed Huntsville Utilities Specification Please submit your proposal in duplicate (two copies) on the final pages of the enclosed Proposal Form. Emailed forms only require one copy, see below for further information on emailed bids. For purposes of this query we will consider the pre-approved manufacturers or a proven equivalent. If you propose an equivalent manufacturer, provide descriptive literature which demonstrates that our requirements are met. Huntsville Utilities is the sole judge of equivalency. Advise of manufacturer and model quoted. Advise of any price break quantities. Quote terms, availability, firm price, and FOB Huntsville, Alabama. However, we reserve the right to consider alternative pricing proposals or award of like items on a lot basis.
